Blepharoplasty
Is surgery that removes the excess skin (hooding) and fat pads
of the
lower eyelid to restore a more youthful, "awake" appearance and
in some patients improve obstructed visual fields. It requires laser
incision into the lower eyelid. The fat pads
and redundant tissue are
removed. Patients are often able to
return to work in several days.

Aug. 2003. Lowers done
one week later. As you can see from the before picture that the patient has very under
eye baggage and droopy upper lids.
Patient had
upper and lower bioplasty with a laser resurfacing and a pixy brow lift for the
upper eyes lids and lower bioplasty
and the fat pockets removed on
upper and lowers, with a laser resurfacing to tighten the upper and
lower skin that hung down to give a more tighter look and give a smoother
younger look.
